PARIS had become one of the founding members of NEUTRAVEL, the first program in Latin America neutralizing carbon footprint of corporate travel. This program promoted by SCX and Latam Airlines, allows companies to neutralize the impact of CO2 emissions associated with their business air travel by purchasing carbon credits in an amount equivalent to the emissions of CO2 emitted by making their corporative flights.
Many efforts have been made by PARIS in context to minimize their emissions. In a first instance they began measuring its carbon footprint, thus they could identify which areas were possible to reduce CO2 emissions.
This conviction to reduce their environmental impacts has been taken as a corporative responsibility and also as a social responsibility. They have launched projects to integrate their clients in this work to reduce their emissions, like the campaign “Let’s go in Bike”; encouraging the use of eco-bags; and others.
