19 restaurants were supported by Emiliana Vineyard and Greenticket to obtain their certification
Emiliana Vineyard, as a committment with sustainable development of the country and of its corporate activities, has developed this initiative along with Greenticket. The aim of the program is to support small and medium restaurants allowing them to know and offset their organizational carbon footprints. The process gives the possibility to identify the main sources of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and, thus, the environmental impact of their activities.
The restaurants involved were: Kilómetro Cero, La Percanta, Ciudadano, Ciudad Vieja, Mamboleta (located in the Metropolitan Region); Pasta e Vino, Samsara, Calipso, Fauna, Bendita Pasta, Paparazzo (located in Valparaíso Region); y Puro Toro (Puerto Varas city), Eolia (Puerto Varas city), Paréntesis (Puerto Varas city), Pa` Mar Adentro (Puerto Montt city), Fogón de Pepe (Puerto Montt city), La Marca (Puerto Varas city), Bravo Cabrera (Puerto Varas city), and Cassis (Puerto Varas city); these last located in Los Lagos Region.
