Ecocopter has its own Maintenance Center (CMA), an engine shop (Safran Turbomeca), a category 5+ flight simulator and first class pilots, which allows it to have aircraft in a permanent state of alert, speeding up operational responses with a sense of urgency, efficiency and safety.
Ecocopter’s sustainability policy is a fundamental pillar in its objectives, having a philosophy of “going beyond”, acquiring voluntary commitments in the areas of electromobility and carbon footprint reduction, becoming pioneers in the industry in the offsetting of emissions from its air operations. Thus, the company seeks to make a real and concrete contribution to the fight against climate change, promoting various public-private initiatives aimed at safeguarding and protecting the environment.
During the year 2022, Ecocopter has decided to continue advancing in its line of sustainability, through the neutralization of the emissions associated with the flights carried out in Chile, Perú and Ecuador. For this, it manages the carbon emissions for each of its services, keeping a permanent record that allows it to offset the emissions generated in its service and neutralize the associated impacts.
