This vision favors the incursion of ISA INTERVIAL in several initiatives with environmental and social impact. In 2019, ISA INTERVIAL joined the Huella Chile program of the Ministry of the Environment, and in 2020 and 2021 decided to go a step further, neutralizing the scope 3 emissions associated with the fuel used in roadside assistance, including fleets of vans, cranes and motorcycles. This service covers 100% of the measured and verified emissions of the Road Safety Route Management process (formerly called Customer Service). The company is also ISO 14001 certified, which helps to manage and identify environmental risks that may occur internally in the company.
ISA Intervial also adds the incorporation of electromobility in its operation, being the first concessionaire in Chile to include a 100% electric patrol for infrastructure supervision.
