To reduce our impacts, the first step was to measure our carbon footprint in order to make our company’s energy consumption more efficient.
Thus, Paris has been taking steps to set a corporate example of the change in attitude that we hope to bring about throughout the team.
In this transition to a greener institutional behavior, Paris has decided to neutralize the emissions associated with its corporate air flights in the hope of mitigating the impact of our business in general. The carbon footprint of all corporate flights carried out by our team members was measured and neutralized through the purchase of carbon credits equivalent to the level of greenhouse gas emissions associated with those flights.
For this campaign, Paris has acquired carbon credits generated by the BAESA hydroelectric project, located in the southern region of Brazil, as detailed below.
